Indeed FutureWorks is an annual event where industry leaders, researchers, and practitioners gather to explore the future of work. Every year, the event is backed by a broad campaign ecosystem spanning web, social, and CRM.
I led the design for the event microsite and set the art direction for the supporting social and CRM campaigns. My role focused on taking the visual identity provided by the Indeed team and expanding it into a cohesive digital experience. This meant translating their branding into interaction design, layout systems, and modular components built to support a wide range of content.
Because the event starts with a refreshed identity every year, the ongoing challenge is ensuring the digital experience evolves visually while maintaining total continuity in structure and usability.

Over time, I developed a close working relationship with the Indeed team, enabling a highly collaborative process where multiple directions are explored and refined through rapid feedback and iteration.
I collaborated closely with developers, copywriters, strategists, SEO partners, and the Indeed team to bring the experience to life across all touchpoints.
Results
The success of the campaign quickly positioned us as a trusted creative partner for Indeed’s FutureWorks program. The event exceeded both its in-person and virtual attendee goals, proving the impact of the new digital experience and immediately leading to a signed SOW for the following year.
The web experience also delivered concrete improvements in engagement and conversion. Scroll rates jumped by 29 percentage points (70% vs. 41% in 2024), and registration conversion climbed 4 points to 20.9%. This resulted in a higher volume of total registrations despite a decrease in overall traffic, locking in an immediate renewal for the 2026 cycle.
